Do you have questions about our security services in Milan? Here you will find answers to the most common questions asked by our clients. If you have a specific need that is not listed, contact us directly for personalized advice.
1. Where does Euro Solutions operate?
Our main headquarters and operational hub are in Milan, where we ensure comprehensive coverage across the entire metropolitan area and province. However, thanks to a consolidated network of certified partners, we can deliver security and facility management services in major Italian cities like Rome, Turin, and Venice, while maintaining centralized coordination.

2. Are your security services active 24/7?
Absolutely yes. Security has no set hours. Our concierge, unarmed surveillance, and rapid response services operate 365 days a year, including nights and holidays. We have operations managers always on call to monitor staff and manage any emergencies in real time.
3. What is the difference between Armed Surveillance and Fiduciary Security?
Armed Surveillance (Sworn Guards) is required for active defense of high-value assets or anti-robbery posts and is carried out with firearms. Fiduciary Security (or concierge) is an unarmed service focused on access control, reception, monitoring, and prevention. Euro Solutions specializes in high-profile fiduciary services; if a client needs armed personnel, we partner with authorized Surveillance Institutes to offer an integrated package.

4. Come viene selezionato e formato il vostro personale?
Service quality depends on people. Our operators are rigorously selected by checking criminal records, work references, and psychological aptitude. They then receive specific training on:
First Aid and Firefighting (Low/Medium Risk).
Conflict Management and Communication.
Privacy Regulations (GDPR) for visitor data handling.
5. Does the personnel speak English?
Yes. For corporate reception, events, and VIP protection services, fluent English is a standard requirement. On request, we can provide staff speaking other languages to welcome international delegations.
6. I need security for a private event. Do you only handle companies?
We regularly work with both companies and individuals. We manage security for weddings, exclusive parties, villa events, and private family gatherings. Our approach is always discreet: we ensure guest safety without the operators' presence being intrusive or disrupting the party atmosphere.

7. What is the difference between an NCC driver and a Security Driver?
A standard NCC driver handles only transportation. An Euro Solutions Security Driver is trained in defensive and evasive driving, capable of recognizing threats along the route and reacting in case of danger. Additionally, our drivers remain vigilant during stops, guarding the vehicle and any luggage/documents left on board.

8. Do you offer escort services for executives traveling abroad?
Yes. Through our Business Travel Security division, we plan safe trips worldwide. This includes preemptive risk analysis of the destination country, movement tracking, and, where necessary, on-site protection personnel (Close Protection Officers).

9. What is a Security Assessment and why should I do it?
An Assessment is a technical analysis by our consultants to identify your company's real vulnerabilities (gaps in fencing, weak access procedures, blind cameras). It helps determine where to invest budget for maximum protection, avoiding unnecessary expenses.

10. How much do your services cost?
There is no standard price list because every situation is unique (risk level, hours, required qualifications). We prefer a free site survey or introductory call to prepare a tailored quote that fits the client's budget without compromising quality.
11. How far in advance should I book a service?
To ensure the best personnel selection, we recommend at least 48-72 hours' notice for standard services. However, our structure is set up to handle urgent or last-minute requests to cover sudden emergencies.
